Disconnect from all openvpn’s, close the client.
Go to start -> programs -> openvpn -> utilities
Right click the “add a new tap adapter” shortcut and choose run as administrator
Go to your “c:\program files (x86)\openvpn\config” directory, create a subdir called VPN2(or whatever you like)
Move your OpenVPN files for your 2nd connection into this newly created folder.
Rename your *.ovpn file to an easily recognizable name. Note: this is the name you will see when choosing which VPN to connect to.
Restart your openvpn client. Now that you have two TAP adapters you can connect to both.
